What is Hezkue Sildenafil Suspension?
Hezkue, known as Bandol in Spain, is a Sildenafil Suspension. This is an oral erectile dysfunction spray you can use in place of a pill like Viagra. Both Viagra and Hezkue have the same active ingredient, sildenafil.
How does Sildenafil Suspension Spray work?
Once you have sprayed Hezkue into your mouth, it works like regular sildenafil in increasing blood flow to your penis by relaxing your muscle cells. This lets blood flow increase to your penis. If effective, it allows you to have firmer and longer-lasting erections when you’re sexually aroused.
Bear in mind that there are many different reasons you may have erectile dysfunction – Hezkue may not be able to help any psychological or emotional causes. Outline your medical history in our consultation and our clinicians will determine whether Hezkue is suitable for you.
How long will Hezkue take to work?
Initial tests have shown that, once applied orally, Hezkue was able to begin absorbing into the bloodstream within five minutes.
How long do the effects of Sildenafil Suspension Spray last?
When taken correctly, the effects of a Sildenafil Suspension can last up to five hours after use. However, this can depend on a number of different factors including:
How many pumps of Hezkue you’ve taken
Your dosage
How old you are
Please note that the ‘effects’ of a Sildenafil Suspension are the ability to get and maintain an erection. It doesn’t mean that you are likely to have one erection for five hours. Call 999 or attend A&E immediately if you have a prolonged or sometimes painful erection, especially if it lasts for more than 2 hours.
How effective is Sildenafil Suspension Spray?
Studies carried out by AspargoLabs have stated that Hezkue is as effective as a Sildenafil tablet – or its branded equivalent, Viagra. Clinical trials for Sildenafil showed that a standard dose (50mg) improved erections for 74% of patients that tried it.
It is important to note that some erectile dysfunction treatments may not work the first time, and it may take several times on different occasions for Hezkue to take effect.
How to use Hezkue Sildenafil suspension
Before you use Hezkue for the first time, make sure you have performed three ‘practice pumps’ away from your mouth to make sure that the dosing pump is working properly.
Once your pump is ready, do the following:
Shake your bottle to help the Suspension mix
Turn the pump to the left (making sure it’s open)
Spray directly into the mouth several times – see recommended dosages below
Turn the pump back to the right to close
This should only be done once on the day you plan to have an erection.
Can you use a Sildenafil Suspension and Sildenafil tablets at the same time?
Do not take a sildenafil tablet and a Sildenafil Suspension like Hezkue at the same time. This will not increase the chances of you getting an erection. It will, however, increase the risk of you suffering from the side effects of sildenafil (see below).
Sildenafil Suspension dosage
Recommended starting dose
- Sildenafil: 50mg
- Pumps: 4
If you've tried Hezkue at this dose on at least six separate occasions, and you haven't found it effective, our clinicians may advise increasing to the maximum dose. The maximum recommended dose is:
Maximum recommended dose
- Sildenafil : 100mg
- Pumps: 8
Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose. Doing so increases the risk of experiencing potential side effects.
Who is Sildenafil Suspension Spray suitable for?
Hezkue is suitable for adult men who suffer from erectile dysfunction.
Do not take Hezkue if:
You are allergic to sildenafil (or any of the ingredients in Hezkue)
You are taking medicines like nitrates or Riociguat as this may affect how they work
You have had severe issues with your heart or liver
For more information on whether Hezkue may be suitable for you, contact our clinicians through your Account or read the patient information leaflet.
How to choose between Sildenafil tablets and Sildenafil Suspension
As Hezkue provides the same dose as a Viagra tablet and contains the same active ingredient, there isn’t a significant difference between the two treatments other than how they are administered. But if you’re unsure whether you’d prefer a spray over a tablet, keep the following in mind:
Are you comfortable with ED pills (both psychologically and if you have any troubles with swallowing)
Are you more likely to remember to carry a pill or Suspension bottle?
Do you know a pill dosage that works for you or would you benefit from a flexible dosage?
“When you’re choosing ED treatment think about what will suit your lifestyle the best. Not all treatments work on their first go. Combining ED medication with healthy lifestyle changes, having a health check with your GP and trying therapy for emotional or mental health causes can all improve your ED. Keep an open mind and we can help you find the most suitable treatment for you.” – Dr Sameer Sanghvi
For more information on the possible side effects of Hezkue and correct use, please read the patient information leaflet.
Please let your GP know if you experience any side effects while using Hezkue.
