Can I cancel my Finasteride subscription?
Yes, you can pause your Finasteride subscription at anytime. Simply log into your Patient Record, click manage subscription and then select cancel.
How and when will I receive my hair loss medication?
You can have your hair loss treatment delivered to you or your nearest ParcelShop, at no extra cost. We deliver orders in plain packaging as standard, so only you'll know what's inside. You can see what your order will look like here.
Orders normally arrive within one working day from your payment date. Close to your delivery or collection date, Evri will be in contact with more details.
When will I pay for my hair loss treatment?
Your payment normally comes out of your account the day you request your treatment. After that your payment will come out every 4, 8, 12 or 24 weeks, depending on the subscription plan you’ve chosen.
If you start your subscription on the last day of the month (e.g. 31st October), your next payment will always be taken on the last day of the following month (e.g. 30th November).
How do I subscribe to a hair loss subscription plan?
Simply select Finasteride, and you’ll be guided through our online consultation. You’ll be asked a series of questions, to make sure the treatment is right for you.
If you don’t select a subscription at the start, you’ll be given the opportunity to subscribe and save later in the consultation.
Which hair loss treatments are available on subscription?
Currently we have Finasteride available for 4, 8, 12 and 24-week subscriptions.
If you currently take Propecia for your hair loss, it contains the same active ingredient as Finasteride, so they both work in the same way to treat hair loss. Finasteride is the unbranded version of the treatment, making it a more cost-effective option. And if you choose to subscribe and save with our great value subscription plan, you’ll get 15% off too.
