Which ED treatments are available on subscription?
You can subscribe and save on Viagra, Sildenafil, Tadalafil (generic Cialis) or Tadalafil Daily (generic Cialis Daily).
If you currently use Viagra Connect, it contains the same active ingredients as Viagra, so you can switch to a Viagra subscription for a simple, great value service. Similarly, for Cialis or Cialis Daily users, these contain the same active ingredients as Tadalafil and Tadalafil Daily, which are available on great value subscription plans.
How do I subscribe for ED treatment?
Simply select the treatment you’d like or click the ‘help me choose a treatment’ link, and you’ll be guided through our online consultation. You’ll be asked a series of questions, to make sure the treatment is right for you.
If you don’t select a subscription at the start, you’ll be given the opportunity to subscribe and save later in the consultation.
When will my payment come out of my account?
Your payment will usually come out of your account the day you request your treatment. After that payment will be taken every month on the same day, or every 28 days if you’re using Tadalafil Daily.
If your payment date is on the last day of the month (e.g. 31st October) it will be taken on the last day of the following month (e.g. 30th November).
How and when will I receive my ED treatment?
You can have your medication delivered discreetly to your door. Or you can collect from your treatment from your nearest ParcelShop. We deliver orders in plain packaging as standard, so only you'll know what's inside. You can see what your order will look like here.
Orders should arrive within one working day of the payment date. You’ll be contacted by the courier who will confirm the delivery or collection date.
You’ll only have to repeat your consultation once a year, just so we can check it’s still okay for you to be taking your ED medication.
