If you don’t select a subscription at the start, you’ll be given the opportunity to subscribe and save later in the consultation.
Your payment will usually come out of your account the day you request your treatment. After that payment will be taken every month on the same day, or every 28 days if you’re using Tadalafil Daily.
If your payment date is on the last day of the month (e.g. 31st October) it will be taken on the last day of the following month (e.g. 30th November).
You can choose to have your medication delivered discreetly, or collect it in store at over 1,300 Lloyds Pharmacies nationwide.
Deliveries should arrive within one working day of the payment date. You’ll be contacted by Hermes who will confirm the delivery date.
If you’re collecting your treatment in store, we’ll message you in your online Patient Record close to your payment date to let you know when it’s ready to be picked up.
You’ll only have to repeat your consultation once a year, just so we can check it’s still okay for you to be taking your ED medication.
Yes, you can pause your subscription for one instalment, or cancel it at anytime. Simply log into your Patient Record, click manage subscription and then select pause or cancel.
