Delivery & collection
When you order a treatment with us you can usually choose standard or next-day delivery, pharmacy collection or ParcelShop collection. Some treatments have to be picked up in selected pharmacies, so you won’t have delivery options.
Evri is our delivery partner for most treatments. You can update your delivery preferences in their app to enable delivery to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if you won't be in. Treatments are always delivered in discreet, plain packaging - see what your order will look like.

Treatments
Next-day delivery
Mainland UK
- Orders approved before 5pm Monday-Friday will arrive the next day (Tuesday - Saturday).
- Orders approved up to 12pm Sunday will arrive on Monday.
- Orders approved after 12pm Sunday will arrive Tuesday.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and other offshore UK destinations
- Unfortunately there are some locations where we can't offer next-day delivery, see if your location is affected here.
- Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for off shore UK destinations
You’ll be contacted by your courier when they know when they’ll be delivering your package. You can update your delivery preferences in the Evri app to enable delivery to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if you won't be in.
If you’re not present when Evri deliver your treatment, they will:
- post your parcel through your letter box
- deliver to neighbour
- deliver to your chosen safe place
If none of these options are feasible, Evri will attempt to delivery to you twice more, on consecutive working days.
Standard delivery
- Packages will be delivered within 5-7 working days of your order being approved.

Next day ParcelShop collection
Available to collect:
- Next day, if approved before 5pm Monday - Friday
- Monday, if approved after 5pm Friday up to 12pm Sunday
- Tuesday, if approved after 12pm on Sunday
Evri will let you know when your order is on its way. You will need to sign for your parcel when you collect it.
If you’d like someone else to collect your parcel for you, they’ll need to be over 16 years of age and have proof of your identity.

Standard ParcelShop collection

Pharmacy collection
If your order is approved by 5pm Monday-Friday, you should be able to pick it up the same day from selected pharmacies - provided they have your treatment in stock.
We suggest you ring your chosen pharmacy before you go to collect your treatment, just to make sure they have it in stock and ready.
Wegovy® delivery
Wegovy® requires cold storage during transportation (2-8°C) and will be dispatched Sunday - Friday only for next day delivery.
- Orders approved before 5pm for next day delivery.
- Orders approved after 5pm will be delivered in two working days.
- Orders approved after 5pm on Friday up to midday Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday.
- Orders approved from midday Sunday to 5pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Receiving Wegovy®:
- When you Wegovy® medication arrives, it’s important to store it in the fridge immediately (2°C-8°C).
Storage after use:
- Once you begin using your Wegovy® pen, it can be kept at room temperature (up to 30°C/86°F) for up to 42 days. After 42 days, the medication will expire.
Transportation and delivery:
- Wegovy® is kept at the right temperature (2-8°C) during transit, with packaging that maintains this for up to 36 hours.
- If delivery is delayed beyond 36 hours, you should take your first dose within 7 days of dispatch. After that, continue taking the remaining doses within 42 days. The medication will still be effective and safe.
Important note:
If you take your first dose more than 7 days after delivery, please contact us through your Patient Record.
- Wegovy® must be delivered to your home address to ensure safe storage as soon as possible. Please follow the tracking information provided by Evri to make sure you are available for delivery. LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has taken place, and no refunds will be issued.
- Please do not use a pharmacy address. It is likely your delivery will be rejected or disposed of. No refunds will be issued if this happens.
- Please do not divert your order to a ParcelShop. This extends the delivery time and means your medication isn’t kept at the right temperature. No refunds or resends will be issued if your order is diverted from the original delivery address.
Mounjaro® delivery
Mounjaro® requires cold storage during transportation (2-8°C) and will be dispatched Sunday - Friday only for next day delivery.

Mounjaro® must stay refrigerated in transit and delivery to these areas will be delayed. Unfortunately, you won't be able to safely use the full dose of the prescribed treatment. If you proceed, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Emergency contraception and cystitis
Next-day delivery
- Orders approved before 5pm Monday to Friday will arrive the next day.
- Orders approved before 3pm Saturday and Sunday will arrive the next day.
Delivery of this medication will be unavailable during Bank Holidays.
ParcelShop collection:
ParcelShop collection will not be available from Friday 5pm up to Saturday 3pm.
- Orders approved before 5pm Monday to Friday will be available to collect at your chosen ParcelShop next day.
- Orders approved up to 3pm Sunday will be available to collect at your chosen ParcelShop on Monday.
Test kits
Next-day delivery and COVID-19 test kits
- Orders approved before 1pm Monday-Friday will be delivered the next day, including Saturdays.
- Orders approved between 1pm Friday and 1pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Test kits don’t need to be signed for and are delivered by Royal Mail.
Standard delivery
Test kits will be delivered within 3-5 working days of your order being approved.

Important delivery info
Leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour
If your treatment is being delivered by Evri you can update your delivery preferences to enable delivery to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if you won't be in. You can update these preferences in the Evri app.
Please note: Our delivery carrier will try to honour your delivery instructions whenever possible. However, they can't always guarantee they can meet these requests.
Test kits don't need to be signed for, and will be posted through your letterbox.
Longer delivery times
Please allow an extra 24-48 hours for delivery if you live in one of these locations. Deliveries to these areas might be with a different courier.
Bank Holidays
Over Bank Holidays, delivery and collection services and cut off may vary. Please check our Bank Holiday page for the most up to date information about our service over any upcoming Bank Holidays.
Online pharmacy
If you choose delivery for your treatment, your prescription will be dispensed and dispatched from our Online Pharmacy.
