Most of our products are available for Same-Day Collection and Next-Day Delivery. We also offer free Standard Delivery. All treatments are sent in discreet packaging.
Next-Day Delivery (DPD / Royal Mail)
- Requires a signature – but it doesn't have to be you signing
- Costs £4.95
Orders approved before 4pm Monday to Thursday: delivered by DPD the next working day.
Orders approved between 4pm Thursday and 4pm Friday: delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24® on Saturday.
Orders approved between 4pm Friday and 12pm Sunday: delivered by DPD on Monday.
DPD will contact you by email (and text if you have opted into SMS) to let you know when to expect your parcel and to give you the option of changing your delivery instructions.
Before choosing an alternative delivery method, please make sure that your treatment won't fall into the wrong hands. It is your responsibility to ensure that your medicines reach you if someone else takes the delivery for you.
Please note that next-day delivery services are not available for patients based in Northern Ireland. Patients based in Northern Ireland should allow 2 working days for delivery.
FREE Standard Delivery (Royal Mail)
Royal Mail aim to deliver your package within 3-5 working days once your order has been placed, and may also deliver on Saturdays.
Royal Mail will send you an email (and a text if you’ve opted in) on the day of delivery with your order tracking number and the expected time of delivery. All parcels require a signature before they can be delivered, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your treatments reach you if someone else takes the delivery for you.
If you are not home when your package arrives, Royal Mail will leave a red calling card. This will detail the post office in which your package will be held. You can then either pick up your package at the indicated post office or use the Royal Mail website to rearrange your delivery.
Free Standard Delivery is the perfect choice if you can wait a few days and don’t want to pay any delivery costs.
Same-Day Collection (Click & Collect)

Order your medicines online before 5pm and collect them from over 1,500 pharmacies the same day. Click & Collect is quick, free and often more convenient than next-day delivery.
Simply select ‘Collect in pharmacy’ at checkout, choose your nearest LloydsPharmacy and make payment online.
We recommend that you phone the pharmacy before you go in to make sure your treatment is ready for you. This is especially important at weekends.
We'll also tell you the opening hours and contact details of your chosen pharmacy when you order.
Can I collect Nectar points if I collect at Sainsbury’s?
No, Nectar points are not available on Online Doctor orders.
However, if you make an additional valid purchase in-store when you collect you order, you may be able collect Nectar points.

How our service works
Select a treatment. Find the treatment or test you need. Select the green button to request it.
Complete your questionnaire. You’ll be taken to a confidential medical questionnaire. The questions vary for specific treatments but will always ask you about your health history and any medicines you take. Expect questions about symptoms, the nature of your condition, and possibly about your lifestyle too.
Our clinicians use this information to ensure that the treatment you’re prescribed is safe and suitable for you to take.
Select your delivery option – some treatments are available for only collection, or only delivery.
Log in or register for an account if you’re new to the service. You can then pay for your treatment – on your statement, the transaction will be ‘Lloyds Online’.
- On weekdays (9-5pm), the clinician will aim to respond within 1 hour (click & collect) or within 3 hours (delivery & assessments)
- At weekends and bank holidays (9-4pm), the clinician will respond within 3 hours
- Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following morning
You’ll receive a message in your Patient Record to notify you if you’ve been approved for treatment. The clinician’s message will include their name and registration number.
If you have been declined treatment, we’ll refund you the full amount and offer advice for next steps.
If the clinician needs more information, you can provide this via Patient Record message.
If you have been approved for treatment, you'll be notified by email that you have a Patient Record message. This message will include the prescribing clinician's registration number and name. The order will be automatically processed.
If you have ordered a vaccine, book an appointment for vaccination with your selected pharmacy once you’ve been prescribed treatment.
