Easter & May delivery and collection

We will have a reduced service over Easter and the May Bank Holidays. There will be changes to delivery, ParcelShop and pharmacy collection, as well as customer service hours.

To receive your orders before the bank holidays, please read the information below.

• Orders approved by Monday 30th March 2026 should arrive before Thursday 2nd April.
• Orders approved by Wednesday 29th April 2026 should arrive before Saturday 2nd May 2026.

Next Day Delivery

Please check your chosen pharmacy’s opening hours. It is always worth calling ahead before collecting to confirm your prescription is ready. 

• Orders approved before midday Thursday 2nd April 2026 should be available for same-day collection, provided the pharmacy is open for collection before the Easter Bank Holiday.
• Orders approved before midday Friday 1st May 2026 should be available for same-day collection, provided the pharmacy is open for collection before the Easter Bank Holiday.

Emergency contraception, asthma and cystitis

These services will be unavailable:

• Between midday Thursday 2nd April 2026 to 8am Tuesday 7th April 2026.

Medicated Weight Loss (Wegovy and Mounjaro)

Our medicated weight-loss services will remain open throughout the Easter Bank Holiday, Early May Bank Holiday & Spring May Bank Holiday.  

However, delivery times will be affected by the bank holidays.  

To avoid a break in your treatment, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible, keeping the cut-off dates in mind: 

• Orders approved before 5pm on Wednesday 1st April 2026 should arrive on Thursday 2nd April 2026.
• Orders approved before Midday on Friday 3rd April 2026 should arrive on Saturday 4th April 2026.
• Orders approved before Midday on Monday 6th April 2026 should arrive on Tuesday 7th April 2026.
