    We want to let you know, we'll have a reduced service over the Early May Bank Holiday. There will be changes to delivery, ParcelShop and pharmacy collection, as well as customer service hours.

    To receive your order before the Early May Bank Holiday please read the information below.

    Treatments

    Delivery:

    • Next day: Orders approved before 5pm Friday 3rd May should arrive on Saturday 4th May.

    Exceptions: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and other UK offshore destinations including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. You can see the full list here

    ParcelShop collection:

    • Next day: Orders approved before 5pm Friday 3rd May should arrive on Saturday 4th May. 

    • Standard: Orders approved before 5pm Tuesday 30th April should arrive by Saturday 4th May.  

    Pharmacy collection (only available in selected London pharmacies):

    Please check your chosen pharmacy opening hours, it’s always worth ringing ahead before collecting to see if they have your prescription ready.  

    • Orders approved before 4pm Friday 3rd May should be available for same day collection from your chosen pharmacy before the Early May Bank Holiday providing the pharmacy is open.   

    Any treatments approved after this time may not be available until Tuesday 7th May.

    Service closures

    Emergency contraception and cystitis treatment

    • These services and/or treatments will not be available from 5pm Friday 3rd May until 8am Tuesday 7th May

    Please note this service will resume as normal from Tuesday 7th May. If you need treatment urgently, please call 111, contact your out-of-hours GP service or go to your local NHS walk-in centre. If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or go to A&E.

    Chlamydia treatment

    • This service will be available for collection only (from selected London pharmacies, and subject to opening hours) from 5pm Wednesday 27th March until 8am Tuesday 2nd April.  

    Test kits

    Delivery:

    • Next day: Orders approved before 5pm 3rd May should arrive before the Early May Bank Holiday. 
    • Standard: Orders approved before 5pm 30th April should arrive before the Early May Bank Holiday. 

    Results:

    • If our partner lab receives your test kit on or before Tuesday 30th April, we should have results ready to share with you before the Early May Bank Holiday.

    • The results of test kits arriving after this time will be delayed and may not be available until Tuesday 7th May. 

    • We recommend that you don’t take and post your blood sample between Wednesday 1st May and Tuesday 7th May.

    Please note this service will resume as normal from Tuesday 7th May.

    Customer service hours 

    • Monday 6th May: 9am – 1pm
