August Bank Holiday delivery and collection

We want to let you know, we'll have a reduced service over the August Bank Holiday. There will be changes to delivery, ParcelShop and pharmacy collection, as well as customer service hours.

To receive your order before the August Holiday please read the information below. 

Treatments

Delivery:

• Next day: Orders approved before 5pm Friday 23rd August should arrive on Saturday 24th August.
• Standard: Orders approved before 5pm Tuesday 20th August should arrive by Saturday 24th August. 

Exceptions: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and other UK offshore destinations including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. You can see the full list here. 

ParcelShop collection:

• Next day: Orders approved before 5pm Friday 23rd August should arrive on Saturday 24th August. 

• Standard: Orders approved before 5pm Tuesday 20th should arrive by Saturday 24th August.  

Pharmacy collection (only available in selected London pharmacies):

Please check your chosen pharmacy opening hours, it’s always worth ringing ahead before collecting to see if they have your prescription ready.  

• Orders approved before 5pm Friday 23rd August should be available for same day collection from your chosen pharmacy before the August Bank Holiday providing the pharmacy is open.   

Any treatments approved after this time may not be available until Tuesday 27th August.

Service closures

Emergency contraception and cystitis treatment

• These services and/or treatments will not be available from 5pm Friday 23rd August until 8am Tuesday 27th August.  

Please note this service will resume as normal from Tuesday 27th August. If you need treatment urgently, please call 111, contact your out-of-hours GP service or go to your local NHS walk-in centre. If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or go to A&E.

Wegovy® and Mounjaro®

• Orders from 5pm Friday 23rd August to midday Monday 26th August will be delivered on Tuesday 27th August.  

Test kits

Delivery:

• Next day: Orders approved before 1pm Friday 23rd August should arrive before the August Bank Holiday. 
• Standard: Orders approved before 1pm Monday 19th August should arrive before the August Bank Holiday. 

Results:

• If our partner lab receives your test kit on or before Tuesday 20th August, we should have results ready to share with you before the August Bank Holiday.

• The results of test kits arriving after this time will be delayed and may not be available until Tuesday 27th August. 

Please note this service will resume as normal from Tuesday 27th August.
