August Bank holiday delivery and collection

We will have a reduced service over the August Bank Holiday. There will be changes to delivery, ParcelShop and pharmacy collection, as well as customer service hours.

To receive your orders before the Bank Holidays, please read the information below.

Delivery - Treatments

Standard Delivery

• Orders approved by Wednesday 26th August 2026 should arrive before Saturday 29th August 2026.

Next Day Delivery

• Orders approved before 5pm on Friday 28th August 2026 should arrive on Saturday 29th August 2026.
• Orders approved before Midday on Monday 31st August 2026 should arrive on Tuesday 1st September 2026.

Delivery Exceptions

If your treatment is being delivered by Evri you can update your delivery preferences to enable delivery to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if you won't be in. You can update these preferences in the Evri app. 

Please note:  Our delivery carrier will try to honour your delivery instructions whenever possible. However, they can't always guarantee they can meet these requests. 

Test kits don't need to be signed for, and will be posted through your letterbox. 

Please allow an additional 2–3 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and other UK offshore destinations. You can see the full list here.

Medicated Weight Loss

Our medicated weight-loss services will remain open throughout the August Bank Holiday.  

However, delivery times will be affected by the Bank Holidays.  

To avoid a break in your treatment, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible, keeping the cut-off dates in mind: 

• Orders approved before 5pm on Friday 28th August 2026 should arrive on Saturday 29th August May 2026.
• Orders approved before Midday on Monday 31st August 2026 should arrive on Tuesday 1st September 2026.

Existing patients should order in advance to avoid any interruption to their treatment. 

ParcelShop Collection

• Orders approved before 5pm on Friday 28th August 2026 should arrive on Saturday 29th August 2026.
• Orders approved before Midday on Monday 31st August 2026 should arrive on Tuesday 1st September 2026.

Standard ParcelShop Collection

• Orders approved by Wednesday 26th August 2026 should arrive before Saturday 29th August 2026.

Pharmacy Collection

Please check your chosen pharmacy’s opening hours. It is always worth calling ahead before collecting to confirm your prescription is ready. 

• Orders approved before midday Friday 28th August 2026 should be available for same-day collection.

Delivery

Next day delivery cut off:

• Orders approved before 1pm on Friday 28th August should arrive on Saturday 29th August 2026. 

Standard delivery cut off:

• Orders approved before Wednesday 26th August 2026 should arrive before Saturday 29th August 2026.

Results

• Kits arriving at the lab on or before Wednesday 26th August 2026 should have results available by Saturday 29th August Kits arriving after this date may not be processed until Tuesday 1st September.
