We want to let you know that we'll have a reduced service over the festive period. There will be changes to delivery, ParcelShop and pharmacy collection, as well as customer service hours.
To receive your orders before Christmas and New Year please read the information below.
Delivery - Treatments
Standard Delivery
- Orders approved before 4pm on Friday 19th December should arrive before Christmas.
- Orders approved before 4pm on Saturday 27th December should arrive before New Years.
Next Day Delivery
- Orders approved before 4pm on Sunday 21st December should arrive before Christmas.
- Orders approved before 4pm on Sunday 28th December should arrive before New Years.
Delivery Exceptions
Please allow an additional 2–3 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and other UK offshore destinations. You can see the full list here.
ParcelShop Collection (Selected London Pharmacies only)
Next Day ParcelShop Collection
- Orders approved before 4pm on Sunday 21st December should be ready before Christmas.
- Orders approved before 4pm on Sunday 28th December should arrive before New Years.
Standard ParcelShop Collection
- Orders approved before 4pm on Friday 19th December should be ready before Christmas.
- Orders approved before 4pm on Saturday 27th December should arrive before New Years.
Pharmacy Collection
Please check your chosen pharmacy’s opening hours. It is always worth calling ahead before collecting to confirm your prescription is ready.
- Orders approved before midday Wednesday 24th December should be available for same-day collection, provided the pharmacy is open for collection before Christmas.
- Collection will be available again before New Years between 9am 29th Dec – Midday 31st Dec.

Test Kits
Delivery
Next day delivery cut off:
- Orders approved before 1pm Sunday 21st December should arrive before Christmas.
- Orders approved before 1pm on Sunday 28th December should arrive before New Years.
Standard delivery cut off:
- Orders approved before 1pm Friday 19th December should arrive before Christmas.
- Orders approved before 1pm on Saturday 27th December should arrive before New Years.
Results
- Kits arriving at the lab on or before Sunday 21st December December should have results available before Christmas.
- Kits arriving at the lab on or before Sunday 28th December should have results available before New Years. Kits arriving after this date may not be processed until Friday 2nd January 2026.
Service closures
Emergency contraception, asthma and cystitis
These services will be unavailable:
- Between midday Wednesday 24th December 2025 until 9am 29th December & Midday 31st December 2025 until 8am 2nd January 2026
Medicated Weight Loss (Wegovy® and Mounjaro®)
Our medicated weight-loss services will remain open throughout the festive period.
However, delivery times will be affected by the Christmas and New Year bank holidays.
To avoid a break in your treatment, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible, keeping the cut-off dates in mind:
- Next day delivery cut-off before Christmas: 4pm Sunday 21st December
- Next day delivery cut-off before New Years: 4pm Sunday 28th December. Orders after this date may not arrive until Friday 2nd January 2026 or later.
Orders will be dispatched up to the 23rd and 30th December but we cannot guarantee delivery before 24th and 31st December.
Existing patients should order in advance to avoid any interruption to their treatment.
