Easter Bank Holiday delivery and collection

We want to let you know, we'll have a reduced service over the Easter Bank Holiday. There will be changes to delivery, ParcelShop and pharmacy collection, as well as customer service hours.

To receive your orders before the Easter Bank Holiday please read the information below.  

All treatments except emergency services

Delivery:

• Next day: Orders approved before 4pm Friday 18th April should arrive by Saturday 19th April.
• Standard: Orders approved before 4pm Wednesday 16th April should arrive by Saturday 19th April.

Exceptions: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and other UK offshore destinations including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. You can see the full list here. 

ParcelShop collection:

• Next day: Orders approved before 4pm Friday 18th April should arrive on Saturday 19th April.

• Standard: Orders approved before 4pm Wednesday 16th April should arrive by Saturday 19th April.

Pharmacy collection:

Please check your chosen pharmacy opening hours, it’s always worth ringing ahead before collecting to see if they have your prescription ready.  

• Orders approved before 4pm Friday 18th April should be available for same day collection from your chosen pharmacy before Easter Bank Holiday providing the pharmacy is open.   

Any treatments approved after this time may not be available until Tuesday 22nd April.

Service closures

Emergency contraception and cystitis treatment

• These services and/or treatments will not be available from Midday Thursday 17th April until 8am Tuesday 22nd April. 

Please note this service will resume as normal from Tuesday 22nd April. If you need treatment urgently, please call 111, contact your out-of-hours GP service or go to your local NHS walk-in centre. If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or go to A&E.

Wegovy and Mounjaro

We recommend re-ordering as soon as possible to avoid a break in your treatment and any disruption to your weight loss journey due to the delay in dispatch over the Easter Bank Holiday.

Delivery before the Easter Bank Holiday:

• Next day: Orders approved before 4pm Friday 18th April should arrive on Saturday 19th April. 

Test kits

Delivery:

• Next day: Orders approved before 1pm Wednesday 16th April should arrive before the Easter Bank Holiday.  
  

• Standard: Orders approved before 1pm Thursday 11th April should arrive the Easter Bank Holiday.  

Test kits will be dispatched during Easter but are subject to delays. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery during this time.

Results:

• Test kits arriving back at our partner lab on or before Tuesday 15th April should have results ready to share with you before the Easter Bank Holiday. 
• The results of test kits arriving after this time will be delayed and may not be available until Tuesday 22nd April.
