Christmas and New Year delivery and collection

We want to let you know, we'll have a reduced service over the festive period. There will be changes to delivery, ParcelShop and pharmacy collection, as well as customer service hours.

To receive your orders before Christmas and New Year please read the information below.  

Treatments

Delivery:

• Next day: Orders approved before Midday Sunday 22nd December should arrive by Monday 23rd December.
• Standard: Orders approved on or before Thursday 19th December should arrive by Tuesday 24th December. 

Exceptions: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and other UK offshore destinations including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. You can see the full list here. 

ParcelShop collection:

• Next day: Orders approved Midday Sunday 22nd December should arrive on Monday 23rd December.

• Standard: Orders approved On or before Thursday 19th December should arrive by Tuesday 24th December.

Pharmacy collection:

Please check your chosen pharmacy opening hours, it’s always worth ringing ahead before collecting to see if they have your prescription ready.  

• Orders approved before Midday Tuesday 24th December should be available for same day collection from your chosen pharmacy before Christmas/New Year's day providing the pharmacy is open.   

Any treatments approved after this time may not be available until Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Service closures

Emergency contraception and cystitis treatment

• These services and/or treatments will not be available from Midday Tuesday 24th December until 8am Thursday 2nd January 2025. 

Please note this service will resume as normal from Thursday 2nd January 2025. If you need treatment urgently, please call 111, contact your out-of-hours GP service or go to your local NHS walk-in centre. If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or go to A&E.

Wegovy® and Mounjaro®

• We will not be taking any new patient orders for Wegovy® and Mounjaro® from Midday Sunday 22nd December until 8am Thursday 2nd January. 

• Current patients using Wegovy® and Mounjaro® can continue to order from 8am Friday 27th December up to 5pm Monday 30th December.  
  

We recommend re-ordering as soon as possible to avoid a break in your treatment and any disruption to your weight loss journey.

Delivery before Christmas:

• Next day delivery: Orders approved before 4pm Friday 20th December should arrive next day.   

Delivery before New Year’s day:

• Next day delivery: Orders approved before 4pm Monday 30th December should arrive next day for existing patients. 

Test kits

Delivery:

• Next day: Orders approved before 1pm Friday 20th December should arrive before Christmas.  
  

• Standard: Orders approved before 1pm Tuesday 17th December should arrive before Christmas.  

Test kits will be dispatched during the festive period but are subject to delays. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery during this time.

Results:

• Test kits arriving back at our partner lab on or before Friday 20th December should have results ready to share with you before Christmas. 
• The results of test kits arriving after this time will be delayed and may not be available until Thursday 2nd January. 
• We recommend that you don’t take and post your blood sample between Friday 20th December and Thursday 2nd January due to delivery delays.
