Your options when ordering from LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor

If you’re ordering a treatment from LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor, you have three options for delivery to choose from:

    • Home delivery
    • ParcelShop collection
    • In-store pharmacy collection – if your treatment has to be picked up at a specific pharmacy, this is the only option you will be given. We recommend ringing ahead of time to check stock and opening hours

Delivery and collection may be affected by Bank Holidays. If your treatment is likely to arrive on one of these dates, please check our Bank holiday delivery and collection page to see how it will be affected.

    Home delivery

LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor offers home delivery for most treatments from our Online Pharmacy via Evri. STI test kits are sent via Royal Mail. Treatment is always sent discreetly in plain and unbranded packaging.

    The following options are available:

    • Standard delivery (2-3 working days from approval) - FREE
    • Next day delivery - £4.95

Next day delivery is only available for mainland UK – if you’re unsure if this applies to you, visit our page on postcode exclusions.

    ParcelShop collection

You can also collect treatments from selected ParcelShop stores. There are two options available for ParcelShop collection:

    • Standard ParcelShop collection - FREE
    • Next day ParcelShop collection - £2.95

You’ll get a notification from Evri when your treatment has been dispatched. You will need to sign for your parcel when you collect it (if you can’t pick it up, the person who does has to be over 16 and have proof of your identity).

For more information on this option please visit our ParcelShop guide or find your nearest ParcelShop collection point via our interactive map.

    In-store pharmacy collection

If you’d rather not have your treatment delivered to your door, patients can collect their treatments from pharmacies across the UK. If your treatment is approved by 5pm Monday - Friday, you can pick it up on the same day.

Currently we have 31 pharmacies that support this option across the UK, with more to come. You can collect your LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor orders from these pharmacies:
