Please check your chosen pharmacy’s opening hours. It is always worth calling ahead before collecting to confirm your prescription is ready.

Orders approved before midday Friday 22nd May 2026 should be available for same-day collection, provided the pharmacy is open for collection before the Easter Bank Holiday.

Next day delivery cut off:

Orders approved before 1pm on Friday 22nd May should arrive on Saturday 23rd May 2026.

Standard delivery cut off:

Orders approved before Wednesday 20th May 2026 should arrive before Saturday 23rd May 2026.

Results

Kits arriving at the lab on or before Wednesday 20th May 2026 should have results available by Saturday 23rd May. Kits arriving after this date may not be processed until Tuesday 26th May.

Service closures

Emergency contraception, asthma and cystitis

These services will be unavailable:

Medicated Weight Loss (Wegovy and Mounjaro)

Our medicated weight-loss services will remain open throughout the Spring May Bank Holiday.

However, delivery times will be affected by the bank holiday.

To avoid a break in your treatment, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible, keeping the cut-off dates in mind:

Orders approved before 5pm on Friday 22nd May 2026 should arrive on Saturday 23rd May 2026.
Orders approved before Midday on Monday 25th May 2026 should arrive on Tuesday 26th May 2026.

Existing patients should order in advance to avoid any interruption to their treatment.
