Coronavirus - changes to our service
Please note, we are not a general medical advice service. For medical advice not related to services we provide on our website, please consult your NHS GP or call the NHS 111 service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call the emergency services on 999.
As the coronavirus situation unfolds, we are endeavouring to continue with our service as much as we can. We are working hard to ensure that our pharmacies are able to continue providing the safe supply of medicines, care and advice to you. We will continue to monitor the progression of the pandemic and how this impacts our delivery of services.
As can be expected, we are having to adapt some of our services.
Until further notice, we cannot take your blood pressure, height and weight in store. This means, we cannot offer weight loss treatments to patients new to the service.
In order to help protect our colleagues and customers, all vaccination appointments have been suspended in Pharmacy stores. If you are due to start or are part-way through a course of vaccinations, you will be able to complete this at a later date (within 12 months) with out any effect on your immunisation.
Please don't call us, all patients will be contacted when our normal services resume to reschedule their appointments. If you need further information please message via your Patient Record.
Hepatitis B vaccinations
We will not be scheduling new hep B vaccinations. Those who have already bought their vaccinations or started their course, will be able to complete this.
Diphtheria, tetanus and polio vaccinations
We will not be scheduling new diphtheria, tetanus and polio vaccinations for the moment.
