Coronavirus - changes to our service
Please note, we are not a general medical advice service. For medical advice not related to services we provide on our website, please consult your NHS GP or call the NHS 111 service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call the emergency services on 999.
As the coronavirus situation unfolds, we are endeavouring to continue with our service as much as we can. We are working hard to ensure that our pharmacies are able to continue providing the safe supply of medicines, care and advice to you. We will continue to monitor the progression of the pandemic and how this impacts our delivery of services.
As can be expected, we are having to adapt some of our services.
Delivery
Due to COVID-19 Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays and standard deliveries may take up to 5 working days.
Diphtheria, tetanus and polio vaccinations
We will not be scheduling new diphtheria, tetanus and polio vaccinations for the moment.
Collection in-store
Please note: to ensure that everyone in our pharmacies feel safe and protected from COVID-19, we ask that our customers and patients follow the new mandatory government advice that face coverings are compulsory in shops and supermarkets from Friday 24th July in England. This is already a requirement in Scotland.
Face coverings
It is not thought that wearing a face covering protects you, but if you are infected with COVID-19 and not yet displaying symptoms, it may protect anyone who comes into close proximity with you. You can visit LloydsPharmacy face mask pages to find out more about different types of face masks, face coverings and visors.
Updated 5th Jan 2021 - we recommend the COVID-19 pages on the NHS website for more up to date information.
