If you’ve used VideoGP before, and you need your consultation notes or documents, contact us in your LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor Patient Record. Appointment notes will not be automatically sent to your GP. Stored data is safe with us. It’s fully encrypted using industry standards and will never be passed to a third party. 

If you are a Post Office, SMART, Cover Today or British Seniors policyholder, your VideoGP services will continue with a new supplier.
