    Due to the current high temperatures across the UK, parcel delivery networks report that they may experience some temporary disruption this week.


    We’re working to minimise disruption and will keep this page updated.

    We’ll continue to update you with the latest information.


    What if my order has already been dispatched?

    If your order has been dispatched, it’s now with a courier.

    If that’s the case:

    • Any real-time updates will come directly from Royal Mail (or partner courier if used)
    • If your order is on the move, there’s nothing you need to do right now

    What if my order is still being prepared or packed?

    There may be a delay to your order dispatching if it is still being prepared.

    Our order will be safe in our system and will be sent as soon as it’s ready. We are currently working through orders as quickly as possible.

    Once your order has been:

    1. Dispatched
    2. Received by Royal Mail

    Royal Mail will contact you directly with tracking details.

    What to do:

    • Wait for an update from Royal Mail – there’s nothing you need to do while your order is being prepared
    • Royal Mail will contact you when they have received your parcel

    Delivery from that point may still be delayed due to any ongoing weather disruptions


    What to do if my order has not yet been dispatched

    • Temperature-sensitive medicines requiring cold storage: to ensure these remain safe and effective, we have temporarily paused dispatch. Orders will be sent as soon as conditions are suitable, and we'll contact you when we dispatch them, in the usual way. We expect this to be a short-term delay (up to 36 hours), and we will share further updates if needed.
