CQC 2019 inspection results
The results are in and our latest CQC inspection was a success with an excellent outcome – we are proud to be a leading Online Primary Care Service!
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) recently completed their latest inspection round of Online Primary Care Services and have rated this group for the first time. LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor is one of only a handful of these services to achieve an Outstanding category rating for any of the five Key Questions assuring the quality of your care: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led.
Our service to you is now CQC-rated Outstanding for being Well-led, as well as Good across the board for the remaining categories giving us an overall Good rating. An Outstanding Well-led service means our leadership, management and governance is ensuring we are providing high-quality care, tailored to your individual needs. We are encouraging learning and innovation, and promoting an open, fair culture for our patients and colleagues.
