We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, or you can choose to pay with PayPal.
Patients choosing to pay with PayPal will be directed to the PayPal website from our online checkout. Once your PayPal transaction is complete, you will then be returned to the LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor website.
Placing a Payment
All payments must be placed online via our website – we cannot place your order over the phone. Payment will be taken as soon as you place your order, and will appear on your bank statement as ‘LLOYDSONLINE’ or 'LLOYDSPHAR'.
We don’t store, process, or transmit cardholder data. All card payments are administered by SagePay, who are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to Level 1.
Our doctors may reject your order if the treatment you have purchased is not medically safe or suitable for you. On such occasions, your payment will be automatically refunded. See our Terms & Conditions for the full details of our refund policy.

If you don’t recognise a payment to us, call the above phone number first. You may then need to contact your card provider who will be able to instigate a chargeback investigation and process a refund where applicable.
