Service provided by Expert Health Limited (trading as LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor), registered in England & Wales (Co. No. 04058287), VAT No. 436478467. Registered office: Lumina, Park Approach, Leeds, LS15 8GB.

Regulated by the Care Quality Commission (Reg. No. 1-101725251) and RQIA (Reg. No. 11992).

Services are UK-only; patients must be located in the UK at time of consultation.

Clinicians are GMC/GPhC registered and follow GMC remote prescribing guidelines.

Patients must answer all questions truthfully, not register more than once, and comply with all instructions.

Certain medicines will never be prescribed (controlled drugs, specialist medicines, injectables not listed on site).

Prices are in GBP and include VAT. Errors will be corrected and overpayments refunded.

A binding contract is formed when a clinician prescribes, dispatches goods, or commences a clinical service.

Subscription plans: charged via Continuous Payment Authority; cancellable at any time without fee (subject to dispatch timing); clinical review required every 6 or 12 months.

Liability: full clinical responsibility accepted to the extent required by law. Not liable for losses from inaccurate information provided by the patient.

Disputes governed by English law; claims can be brought in English courts (or courts of Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland where applicable).
