Spring Bank Holiday delivery and collection
We want to let you know, we'll have a reduced service over the Spring Bank Holiday. There will be changes to delivery, ParcelShop and pharmacy collection, as well as customer service hours.
To receive your order before the Spring Bank Holiday please read the information below.

Treatments
Delivery:
- Next day: Orders approved before 5pm Friday 24th May should arrive on Saturday 25th May.
Exceptions: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and other UK offshore destinations including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. You can see the full list here.
ParcelShop collection:
Next day: Orders approved before 5pm Friday 24th May should arrive on Saturday 25th May.
Standard: Orders approved before 5pm Tuesday 21st May should arrive by Saturday 25th May.
Pharmacy collection (only available in selected London pharmacies):
Please check your chosen pharmacy opening hours, it’s always worth ringing ahead before collecting to see if they have your prescription ready.
- Orders approved before 4pm Friday 24th May should be available for same day collection from your chosen pharmacy before the Spring Bank Holiday providing the pharmacy is open.
Any treatments approved after this time may not be available until Tuesday 7th May.

Service closures
Emergency contraception and cystitis treatment
- These services and/or treatments will not be available from 5pm Friday 24th May until 8am Tuesday 28th May.
Please note this service will resume as normal from Tuesday 28th May. If you need treatment urgently, please call 111, contact your out-of-hours GP service or go to your local NHS walk-in centre. If you have a medical emergency, please call 999 or go to A&E.
Wegovy® and Mounjaro®
- Orders approved after 5pm Friday 24th May to midday Monday 27th May will be delivered on Tuesday 28th May.
Test kits
Delivery:
- Next day: Orders approved before 1pm 24th May should arrive before the Spring Bank Holiday.
- Standard: Orders approved before 1pm 21st May should arrive before the Spring Bank Holiday.
Results:
If our partner lab receives your test kit on or before Tuesday 21st May, we should have results ready to share with you before the Spring Bank Holiday.
The results of test kits arriving after this time will be delayed and may not be available until Tuesday 28th May.
We recommend that you don’t take and post your blood sample between Wednesday 22nd May and Tuesday 28th May.
Please note this service will resume as normal from Tuesday 28th May.
