Appointment notes will not be automatically sent to your GP. Stored data is safe with us. It’s fully encrypted using industry standards and will never be passed to a third party.
If you are a Post Office, SMART, Cover Today or British Seniors policyholder, your VideoGP services will continue with a new supplier.
