This confidential herpes treatment service is for people who already know that they suffer from genital herpes and want to have medicine ready to lessen the duration and severity of a herpes outbreak.

How the service works

Register online and fill in the questionnaire. If it is appropriate to do so, one of our doctors will then prescribe Aciclovir 400mg tablets. Aciclovir is an oral antiviral medicine that you need to take three times a day for five days, as soon as you feel a herpes outbreak starting.

Delivery options

Before making payment, you need to indicate whether you want us to send the medicine to you in the post using Royal Mail Special Delivery or whether you would like to collect your medicine from one of 390 Lloyds pharmacies throughout the UK. If you opt for postal delivery, someone will need to sign for the medicine when it arrives but it does not need to be you.
